1_REGISTRATION

Where do I go to register?
On the registration or login page.

I can’t find the email to activate my account.
Perhaps the email has reached your “Spam” (Spam) folder. Please take a look.
If it is not in the “Spam” folder, perhaps you have written your email with a typographical error. Look again and in case of error start the registration again.

Do I have to register before subscribing?
Yes, you must register to purchase a subscription to our platform.
When you register you will receive an email where you can activate your account. Once activated, you will be able to log in and access your user profile page.

I cannot complete the registration form.
Check that your browser is updated to the latest version. The site is optimized for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account yourselves from your session profile that you created.


2_PURCHASES

How can I see the confirmation that I have successfully subscribed?
You can find the data about your subscriptions on your user profile page.

Can I receive an invoice for the purchase of my subscription?
You can request the invoice of your purchase by sending an email to info@filharmonia.digital.

Can I receive a confirmation email after purchase?
Yes, you will receive an email with the confirmation that your purchase has been made correctly. Also on your user profile page you will find the information about your purchase and the link to the activity panel.

What methods can I use to pay?
Currently Filharmonia/dh accepts the use of most major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, American Express).

Is data transmitted securely?
Your personal data (such as your credit card number or your bank account number) are encrypted before being transferred. Your data is not stored by us and is not visible to third parties. Encryption converts the characters you enter into code that you can safely transmit over the Internet.


3_ SUSCRIPTION

How do I subscribe?
To get your subscription to follow three simple steps:

  1. Click on SUBSCRIBE NOW.
  2. Access as a user (if you have not logged in) or create a user adding your personal data. In this step you must also fill in the details of your credit / debit card to make the purchase and finally, accept the Terms and conditions.
  3. Click on BUY NOW.

What is the subscription model?

The Filharmonia/dh platform works through the annual subscription model with a free trial month that will allow you to enjoy all the contents.

Once the subscription is purchased, you have access to the platform immediately and agree that if you do not cancel before the end of my trial, you will be automatically charged the full annual subscription fee, unless you cancel before the end of the trial month. By submitting my payment information, you confirm that you have read and accepted all the terms.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from your user profile.


4_TRANSMISSION QUALITY

What internet speed do I need for Filharmonia/dh?
We recommend that the connection be minimally stable at 6 Mbps.

Note that if other devices share your connection, they may automatically download as you play a video from Filharmonia/dh, even if you didn’t open them with any action. This can cause the Filharmonia/dh video stream not to receive enough bandwidth for a stable streaming experience.

The quality of the stream seems to vary and sometimes shakes or even pauses.

If there is no other device sharing personal bandwidth, please note that our system begins each session by sending a very low quality stream while verifying the download capacity of the individual connection. This will blur the image on larger screens, but will only last a few seconds. Once the bandwidth of your connection is established, our system chooses the highest quality variant from multiple qualities that suit your connection.

If there is a change in the internet speed of the device, our system will reduce the quality of the transmission until it notices that the internet speed is better. If you stream the video on a large screen, the image may appear fuzzy during this period.

It is even possible that, while playing in high quality, the internet speed on the device will unexpectedly slow down, so drastically that our server cannot downgrade quickly enough to maintain a smooth flow. In this case, you will experience a flicker or even a short pause, while our system switches to a lower quality time stream.


5_VISUALIZE

Can I enjoy the concerts on a smartphone, tablet, computer or television?
Yes, these are the supported devices:

  • Smartphone and tablets: either Android or iOS, with the latest versions of the Safari or Google Chrome applications
  • Computer: either PC or Mac, with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari
  • Television: to maximize your experience, we recommend watching concerts on a large screen. You can connect the mobile device on the TV screen with Google Chromecast or Apple TV. You can also connect your computer to the TV with an HDMI cable

Can I find Filharmonia Digital Hall on other streaming portals?
Filharmonia/dh is currently an exclusive product of the Franz Schubert Filharmonia and is only available on our digital platform.
